Syscom Corporation — not got my atm

I am pujanjali jena. I opted for a new atm card but have not got it yet due to some address issue. I have gone to the bank, local post office and the main post office too in search of my post. It's been a month and a half that i have applied for it. Whilethe post, i found out that the post is submitted at your office. I'll request you to submit it back to me. Please do reply. Please share some information about how to get it back.
