Syscom Corporation — sbi debit card not yet received

I applied new sbi chip base debit card through online sbi service on 24.09.18. Till date as the same has not reached to me, i contacted sbi customer care & as per their information i tried to track my card with id no. Eb[protected]in at india post service & found that the same returned back to your custody may be due error address stated by bank.
Now my humble request to you that please resend my card as per my office or residential address which is convenient for you.
