[Resolved]  Systron Systems — Poor customer service and threatening customers

I went to this shop to show my DELL XPS laptop which had a faulty keyboard and a stuck DVD in the player. The guy here ran away to another shop with my laptop and came back with the ejected DVD, which I am sure he ejected using an external keyboard. He said that the kyboard would cost 2600 and the DVD had damaged motherboard and it will cost me 1700 to fix it. I asked him not to do anything. He asked 450 for cleaning the laptop and removing the DVD. When I said I dint ask him to clean the laptop and remove the DVD and just wanted diagnostics, he said he will put the DVD back in and damage the laptop (threatened me there). I dint want him to damage my laptop and so bargained the keyboard for 2200 and asked him to replace it. After making me sit there for 2 hours while trying to fool each and every customer that entered the shop, he came back with the laptop. When I asked for receipt, it was reluctant to give it, When I forced him to do that, he just wrote "accessories" on the receipt and gave it to me. Nothing was written about keyboard. I think the keyboard was either stolen or is smuggled. The guy says he will charge 2% extra for VAT if he mentioned keyboard in the receipt. (WT[censored])
