I g Sivannarayana purchased one benq monitor from systron systems, they given me sealed monitor box which is not opened buti came back to my house and opened that monitor was already slitly brocken, i complaint to those shop, but they are telling that it was my fault and they took that monitor and up to now not even handed over to me that shop contact nO:[protected] and my no is [protected]...my email is: [protected]@gmail.com...

Poor customer service and threatening customers

I went to this shop to show my DELL XPS laptop which had a faulty keyboard and a stuck DVD in the player. The guy here ran away to another shop with my laptop and came back with the ejected DVD, which I am sure he ejected using an external keyboard. He said that the kyboard would cost 2600 and the DVD had damaged motherboard and it will cost me 1700 to fix it. I asked him not to do anything. He asked 450 for cleaning the laptop and removing...
