My name is Prosenjit Bhattacharjee, residing at 138, private road, bl-c, dum dum, kol-700074
I worked at SZI OUTSOURCING PVT. LTD. For 1month, my date of joining was 6th january 2014.it is a International BPO company, residing at 29, GN BLOCK, SASTHO BHAWAN GROUND FLOOR, Saltlate, KOLKATA.
But after working 1 month, i understand that this is a scam process, so i want to leave this company, but now company dont give my 15 days training+nesting sallary(according to interview condition) 3.500/- INR.

    I am Sangeeta, and the same incident is happening with me too. I worked with SZI for 1 1/2 months and didn't get paid for my efforts, not even for a month! Zafar, the MD of SZI outsourcing gave the cheque and then made a stop payment on it and when asked said "get in touch with HR" then the HR said that i am terminated. When i called him to enquire why this happened, he says "talk to HR" and disconnects call. Today, i called Zafar again and asked him why he stopped my salary, to which he again said "talk to HR" and disconnected the call. Now he is avoiding my calls, and the HR doesn’t know why i was terminated!!

    I mean, how easy it is for these small company owners to run their business for FREE. Hire someone, make them work for two months and then terminate them without paying them anything for the entire two months.

    This is exploitation, making peopel work for their company for free. Wow, running a business is as easy as it gets!!

      Scam and fraud company

      SZI outsourcing is running a scam cheating people with a false tech support company, Tech-optimizers, they take money from the people making them thinking that theirs computers are having problems that are not true, and is going on in countries like Australia, USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Canada, not only that they are mistreating theirs employees and even don't pay theirs salaries if they are not able to give sales, to the authorities,...

      I totally agree with the above complaints.My name is Aswani Singh and i was working in SZI Outsourcing since the last 5 months as a Web Designer. I was constantly ill treated and bad mouthed by the Director of the company Mr Syed Zafar Imam since the last one month.When i could not tolerate anymore then i decided to resign and handed over my one month notice period on[protected] which would have ended on[protected]. The Director of my company called me in his cabin and started using abusive language. He even threatened me that he would never give my salary. Authorities please take stock as i have already lodged a general diary in the police station yesterday night. Hope the concerned authorities take proper action against such organization who just try to exploit the employees

        Even i have been harrased by MD of SZI OUTSOURCING Syed Zafar Imam, he made a false charge on me that i took his company data, and he made a diary on police station to harrased me, on April 13 i received call from police Bidhan nagar police station that i have to attend Bidhanagar police station, again i got a call from police that i go to SZI OUTSOURCING and meet Syed zafar Imam to resolve the issue, beleive me till then i was in height of my tension, when i went to his office and meet him, he even dont talk about it, i was just to harrased me.

          Our Directors used to make us work, literally forced US for extreme hours which would extend to over 13 - 14 Hours, with no extra remuneration. Were they trying to Misuse US or Exploit Us ?

          Authorities please have a look into this Ongoing, and Save Us.

          I absolutely agree with you. In the portfolio of the company they said that "The fresh minds can face good environment as the company hold calm and quite clean atmosphere. The experienced skilled working groups can enhance their quality with proper training. " What a joke! The main thing is that so called MD Zafar Imam and his company associates the prime one Quality Tanusri they don't know how to talk with the employees they always speak with them like we are the doing slavery and these take the advantages of that and we have to do 13 to 14 hrs of duty with no extra remuneration. And if somebody want to leave that bloody company for show off they provide the salary in cheque and hold the payment from the bank. So What do you think about this? and another thing is that as Zafar's father is a political leader of congress party he is taking advantages of that he is threatening all of his employees by saying that "you have to leave the company and I'll not pay a single amount of your salary and If you come here once again I'll kill you... all these things happened on last week inside of the office and he has also purchased a policeman of saltlake who's nephew is working with us. So my dear It's true and really heavenly experience with SZI outsourcing you people can understand. And another thing is that though we are doing 10 to 14 hrs of duty they have forcefully take a signature on a document just before of our salary just two months ago where it was mentioned that we are doing 9 hrs of duty. So these people are blackmailer as well.

            I Was on Leave for some personal reasons duly informed & sanctioned by the management, then after two days the director of SZI OUTSOURCING sent a THREATENING sms from his personal cellphone no.+ 91 [protected]; "Make sure that u come and meet me tomorow in office at 1 pm or else get ready to go behind the bars" From Syed Zafar Imam, the director of the company SZI Outsourcing. Is this Professionalism or an attitude to address an employee??

            SZI Outsourcing — Did not receive salary of 1.5 months

            the company hasnt provided my salary for 1.5 mnths thats near about 18500 per mnth and when i requestedfor my salary they have given me and after 2 days they have blocked my cheque and still not given my salary and they even terminated me .....

            the consumer affair should take serious action again this kind of companies, they are the real violator of labor law. i feel that company is using their employees as slaves, so bad to read all this in 21st century
