Signature staff is worst consultancy agency in noida and delhi. Owner rajwinder singh and his wife will earn money from employees and in return cry while giving salary... i literally begged to get my salary and then they deducted half of the money by giving reasons. Rajwinder is fraud he has taken money from many people and worst in managing company. Raman his wife is arrogant lady who has no heart that employees need few bucks as salary on time who earns lakhs for you... Man most of the employees have left ... since 2011 this company is working without ethics and honesty . i made a mistake .. these companies should be blocked from market...

my genuine request to everybody please do not join this company. it is a fraud company they hire candidates and make them fool by providing the wrong information specially on salary that they provide salary on time...but the truth is that they make their work done and hold your salary for a month so that employee will not leave the company and if you leave the company they will never give your salary...they are frauds and the lady like Raman ...plz stay away with that lady she do not have any etiquette and manners that how to talk with your employees and she thinks that employees are just her slaves.
i worked in this company for 50 days i hav not got any offer letter not even the salary of 50 days...so don't join this company.

Frauds and cheaters did not pay 2 months of salary. Promised the incentives but did not release a single penny. Unethical behavior of the owner Rajwinder Singh and Ramadeep Kaur and Poonam Singh..they all are fooling around the candidates and the employees. Very bad language used by all three of them.They are so inhuman that one cant imagine. They are fraud.

I had worked with Signature Staff Pvt. Ltd from March'10 till October'13 as a Business Head. The owner of the organization is Mr. Rajwinder Singh. He has not paid me my dues worth 3 Lac rs. After quitting the organization i had requested him to pay my dues to which he kept delaying. He gave me 2 cheques worth 75000 each to settle my dues, which got bounced. After a delay of 8 months, I filed a FIR against him and he requested me to settle the case in 1.5 Lacs since the company was going through financial crisis. I agreed on the settlement (verbally) and he gave me 4 post dated cheques from October to January. (This all was done in the presence of an inspector). The first cheque of Rs. 50000 was cleared post which all the cheques were bounced. I tried seeking help from the police station but they refused by saying its a court case. I was again in touch with Mr. Rajwinder and he kept committing that he will pay my dues which have not been done till now. This is a normal practice that he follows with all his employees. Most his cheques given to me have bounced and i would request you to help me in getting my dues

Signature staff Pvt Ltd is situated in sec 10 Noida, Its a recruiting firm. Signature staff is fraud and cheater, they dont pay salary to their employees on time, Company's MD Raman kaur is very big lier... when employees forces for their salary they tell them to leave the firm and give them postdated salary cheaque and cheaque will be bounced, after that if you will contact to them they will disconnect your phone. never join this comapny... it a cheater...
