On 7/17 I bought a dog ball launcher and they charged me for it but I haven't received and when I go online it says I have no orders. Now on 8/18 I see a charge on my bank account for $12.47 and its says recurring payment authorized. I did not sign up for anything recurring and would like that $12.47 returned. I would like the $14.99 as well if they aren't going to send me the product. Was this information helpful? |
