In August I ordered a Dog Ball Launcher that I never received. I was charged $14.99 for it. The following month I was charged 2 recurring charges, now a total of $39.89 has been billed my credit card. I complained to my credit card company, and Tdeals proved I ordered the ball launcher. But, never received one and was then billed recurring charges that I did not authorize. This company is fraudulent. I would like a refund of my $39.89 immediately....

On 7/17 I bought a dog ball launcher and they charged me for it but I haven't received and when I go online it says I have no orders. Now on 8/18 I see a charge on my bank account for $12.47 and its says recurring payment authorized. I did not sign up for anything recurring and would like that $12.47 returned. I would like the $14.99 as well if they aren't going to send me the product....
