T-Kameez — bill paid but the order not yet delivered

I've ordered a t-shirt combo on 9 september 2019 & paid the bill through online transaction. Their site is showing that my order will be delivered in 5-7 days but still the order is on received status and its the 7th day today. They are not picking up the phone calls too. Please take strict action against them.

My order number tk1115318 & i attached the order details in the screenshot. Requesting please do something about it.
