[Resolved]  T-Kameez — extreme delay in delivery

My order no is 640248
I have ordered 4 tees 14 days back and have paid the money online but still it hasnt been dispatched. When i mailed them 2 days back they replied they are resolving the issue but still they have not done anything.They didnt even bother to give me the expected delivery date.
When i called them on their customer care number, they are not picking up.
