This was my second order from this site, prior to this I had ordered 2 tee shirts which really fitted me well, This time I had my trust with them so I ordered 4 teeshirts for one location and another 4 for another location, So a total of 8 teeshirts. But when my order arrived there was a cardigan and a rugged pajama both of which were in very poor quality moreover it doesn't even fit, I thought it was by mistake, but my other parcel also had the incorrect order and similar bad quality cardigan and pajama. They have shut down their customer care numbers, there's no twitter account to tag, No replies on emails or social media. I either want my money back or the correct items delivered asap. Their social media is full of comments of similar recent incidents. Hoping it could be resolved from this platform else I'll take this to consumer court very soon. Was this information helpful? |
