T-Kameez — I m complaining about refund balance

I purchase a t shirt and balance deducted from my bank acount but order not confirmed then again i order same product and confirm and again balance deducted from my bank account.. After a minute order cancelled by me on 12 jan 19 on same day.. No money refunded till so plzz give my money in my wallet or bank account.. I send many mails to t kameez but not respond and action to done for the same
