T-Kameez — My paid order which is not getting returned

I had ordered pair of t shirts which was wrongly delivered on June 17, 2020. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer support team but there isn't any response.
I wonder why is this online company even functioning if this is so much of fraud.
Neither any response on my mails, nor refund and not even any contact number of theirs is valid.
