T-Kameez — No return accepted

I ordered two t shirts from tkameez, after receiving the package i found out both the t shirt were not the one's i ordered.
Then i tried contacting them to exchange my product. They daid they are not accepting returns in covid-19. This was no where mentioned in there website that they will not accept return now i have two unwanted t shirt paid in full. And i cant do anything as they are not responding to my mails anymore.

They are ready to send the package in covid-19 but are not accepting it. And they intentionally send the wrong product because the size was same but both the t shirt were the cheap ones than what i actually ordered. They are cheating with not accepting returns.
