I refunded an track pant and a shirt my order number is 219671 and my return tracking id is[protected]
On 16th march they said you will get a coupon code in 10-12 days its 4th april now 19 days and i haven’t received any coupon code they also said after sending them multiple emails that you will get your coupon code within 24 hours but i did not all in all my one month is gone and i have called multiple time either theier call is unattended or out of service temporarily, vey much disappointed.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience that you faced.

Your order was picked up on 22 March'18. As written on email which we send on placing return request, coupon code is given after a QC check which is done after the product is received in the warehouse. We've received your product on 30th March'18. Due to Sunday & Bharat Band Issue, we were unable to process your coupon code.

Also, we've escalated your concern. You'll definitely get a call from Tkameez today.

Have ordered a shirt and the money also got deducted from my account but i havent received the message from tkameez as the site got hanged... i got a message from my bank that the amount is deducted... usually u also get the message from the seller but in this case i havent received anything... i m a bit confused and i fear that my money is gone
