[Resolved] T-Kameez — not refunding money

I made an order for t-shirts and waited for delivery. It took time and couldn't get any updates. So i decided to cancel to save money and time.
I cancelled my order but didnt get my money back (817 rs). I tried calling but they don't pick up. And once they take the call, they intentionally disconnect them. Worst service ever. I need my money refunded.
To the people at tkameez, it's not ideal or fair.
