T-Kameez — order no: 489319/ refund and return not done

The product sent was incorrect.

I ordered a jacket of 1295 rs they sent me the jackte of cost 1095 rs.

Order delivered on 2nd nov, still chasing uop for the return amd refund.

1: t - kameez send the wrong product.
2: t-kameez do not arrange pick-up nor give me the code to order from your own site.
3: t-kameez guys do not pick-up.

Please get this sorted at earliest.
