T-Kameez — order not delivered yet

I've made an order on 10/08/2019 my order number: 1097660 today, 24th august still there is no information as to where is my order. I had made an online payment. Kindly refund my money. Its a hard-earned money and frauds like these cheat people. Strict action should be taken against these people.

This problem has been reported by many people. Wish i had read these complaints earlier, i had not ordered anything from this website...
