T-Kameez — Wrong Item Delivered

I received wrong low value item delivered for my order. On writing mails, they denied to return/exchange it and to compensate the amount in Tkameez wallet.
I don't want the wrong product also, money should be returned to me so that I don't have to invest more money to utilize my wallet balance.
Also, nothing is mentioned on the site about such no return/exchange policy.
Now they have stopped replying too on emails.
This is fraud to customers.
We are forced to keep the wrong, useless items and the site shows easy returns policy.

There is no Progress on this compliant. Our hard earned money is enjoyed by the company by fraud.
They credited Rs. 15 in my Site Wallet.
Even the difference in value of item Ordered and item delivered is more than 15.
This is simple defrauding customer.
Kindly refund my amount paid to my bank.

Added the images for what I ordered and What I received.

I have added images showing easy exchange and return policy on the site. But sending emails denying such for wrong items delivered is cheating on customers. They have not mentioned anywhere that they won't entertain any return/exchange on the site.
