T Kameez — Wrong product delivered and not ready to send me the correct product

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a set of 4 t shirts from www.tkameez.com on 30/07/2020 but upon opening the packet delivered to me i found out it to be a lower and shirt.

I complained about it to t-kameez team on [protected]@tkameez.com and in return they sent me a mail saying as its tough to set a return for package we suggest you to keep the products delivere.

The products delivered are of no use to me and T Kameez is not ready to do anything for wrong products.

Kindly look into the issue and resolve the matter asap.
