I ordered 4 t-shirts and received different things in parcel, i asked them to send my original order as this wrong parcel is of no use to me. I tried to call but their number is invalid, i mailed them so many times but got one reply that we cannot replace the order due to lockdown.
Now this very very weird and i'm feeling like trapped. How they can deliver different products & expect from customer to shut the month and sit quietly.
I told them that your return service is not available but your delivery is operational and in that case you can send the original products and can take that wrong product when you get operational.
But their service is really very pathetic and not reverting on my mail. I'm also thinking to raise my complaint legally as this comes in fraud. I ordered first time from this site and my experience is horrible
