T-Kameez — Wrong products delivered | |||
I've been trying to contact tkameez since the moment i recieved my order (Order number tk1248882) I tried rigours callings and even mailed too but there's no response. Because of which my 10 days replacment time period also i guess is finished because the website didn't allow me to raise a request over there. Its written that they are not taking returns due to covid 19 but not telling what's the case if not this. I recieved 4 t-shirts in which 3 of them are not the ones i ordered. They are of the same size but they are different and i don't want to keep it. Please please please help me out with this. Or if not then please atleast give me an assurance of the return.
