T-Kameez — wrong t shirt delivered, and then they are not even accepting returns

I ordered a bull dab burgandy tee (Tk1259073) instead of which i recieved a plane white t shirt of poor quality. When i asked them to replace my shirt, they denied saying that they are not accepting returns due to covid and i should use the t shirt that i got. This is fraud and i am not the only one who has been through this burglary by this company.
