While filling up the form I was not informed that there Is an annual charge of Rs.499 would be chargeable/payable . Later I got a phone call from your Customer care to verify details, I have informed them that I am not interested in applying For a Card or accepting a card where there is annual charge of Rs.499 payable. Even after I have yesterday received an SMS message that my application is being processed. Please cancel my application as I not interested to receive any card by paying any annual charge. Please treat this mail as cancellation of my above application No.[protected] as this is totally misguiding the customer by not informing any charge involved for a card while Applying and filling up the form and then talk about an annual fee of Rs.499 to be paid. If no annual charge or any charge is payable, then I will be happy to receive your card otherwise I am not interested Please confirm Thanks Radhakrishnan REMINDER. PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY In spite of my repeated mails and telephone calls to your customer care service and to you, I have received an SMS intimating that a bill for Rs. 560.68 has been dispatched asking me to pay for Credit card . I want to inform you again that I have not received any credit card from you and I have asked several times to cancel my application and I am not interested to accept any card from you. Therefore I am not liable to pay any charge nor you are not supposed to raise any bill against any credit card.
