T24 — Internet not working in mobile

I have recharged with 251 on 29/01/2014.I am using karbonn a8 model. My handset doesnot support automatic settings. Manual settings are also not working. Called custmoer care so many times but the issue is not resolved yet. My number [protected]

Updated by Venugopal Govindu Got a call from [protected] to resolve the issue.
The person who called me told that he will charge Rs 10/- and the issue will be resolved immediately.
he asked what all bank accounts i have and how much balance is present.
then he asked me to tell the debit card number.
As i felt he is trying to cheat me, i told i dont require his help.
All the consumers beware of such type of calls and never share your banking details with anyone.
