T24 — internet pack not working

Hi i have a problem regarding the net of t24.i have recently recharged with rs 250in which i was provided with 230rs balance n 2gb data pack.. the net works absolutely fine.but the main problem comes while using facebook n whatsapp i have not been able to send any messages on fb as well as in whatsapp plz help me out... I had also talked to customer care representative regarding this but did not get any satisfactorily reply or action... This is just waste of my money.. kindly resolve this problem otherwise i have to switch over to other mobile data plan ... mobile number-[protected] from -Parth Shah
