I ordered a black colour TABLE MATE II platinum online on 28/12/2016. I paid Rs 1599 for the table mate with foot rest, table skin (1008) and an aluminium wallet (free with this order). I got a call from [protected] for order confirmation. The product was delivered by courier on 2nd Jan 2017. I assembled the table. The surface of the table is curved, the height cannot be adjusted and the cup holder is weak. The table skin was folded badly. The product is a clear duplicate of the model I saw online. The box showed INR 1000 only and the aluminium wallet was also not given. I called [protected] and they asked me to send a sms to this number but no response. Since then I have been calling, somebody picks, takes all the details and assure they will replace it within 2 days but nothing happens. Now they are not lifting my call also.
