I have received (02Jan2017) one Table mate II from tablemate.co.in. The packing slip has Ref No. HS9996, Invoice dt: 12/28/2016, Merchant Order ID.:[protected].
The received item is not able to assemble. The hole which is required to assemble the support clamp is not provided in the supporting stand. Please refer the attached images for your reference. I have not expected the faulty unit from the reputed vendors.

The phone number & mail ID which is given in the packing slip is always switched OFF and mail is bouncing back. Also the phone number in site +[protected] is not attended by anyone. Please send your proper phone number for communication.

Please ship the new unit to me as replacement immediately.
