I have ordered bed mate on this website(http://tablemate.co.in/). Later I came to know that it is fraud company. I have called them and asked them to cancel the order. I have received (02Jan2017) one Table mate II from tablemate.co.in. The packing slip has Ref No. HS9996, Invoice dt: 12/28/2016, Merchant Order ID.:[protected].
The received item is not able to assemble. The hole which is required to assemble the support clamp is not provided in the supporting stand. Please refer the attached images for your reference. I have not expected the faulty unit from the reputed vendors.

I canceled the order from Tablemate after I read that they were a fraud. However, the promptly delivered the product and collected the money from my father who was not aware of this. It is a shame. After I called the courier company and the tablemate, I am told that "who asked your dad to pay"
