Tablemate — Exchange of damaged product

I had placed an online order on http://tablemate.co.in/ for 3 table mates (1 blue color, 1 yellow color and 1 white color) from your website on the 5th January 2016 by paying Rs 3708/-. My payment id is Id[protected] payment was done by my card through Payu money. I have all the emails, sms and credit statement supporting my order.

I received 1 blue color, 1 Orange color (wrong color sent instead of yellow) and 1 white color but the white color was fully scratched, dirty and not in a good usable condition. It looks old.

I have been calling this number +91 [protected] mentioned on your website http://tablemate.co.in/ from the date I have received the product to inform you'll to replace the white color table mate with a new Navy blue color table mate. In fact I wanted to place an order for another 3 table mates but after seeing your staffs attitude I will never order anything.

I have spoken with Aisha & Priya so many times since I have received the faulty product but they seem to care less and are not bothered or concerned at all. I was promised by Priya that they will courier me a replacement on the 18th of February, I haven't received anything till date.

I spoke with Aisha today, she is not asking for any details and simply blabbering that they are looking into it. She did not even ask me for my name or order details; so what is she looking into. She called me Laxmi which is ridiculous.

I am very frustrated with the way my case is being treated and as a consumer I have every right to get an exchange for a faulty product.
