Tablemate — No Order confirmation - No Response

I have ordered a tablemate from the website "http://tablemate2.in/index.html".
I have made an online payment via their PayU portal and the money is deducted from the account. However Neither i received a confirmation of my order nor the cust care of Table mate are picking my calls.

Client is Table Mate
Date i made the booking is[protected].

I would like to either get the product or else refund the amount.

Please help.
