I got the offer in Facebook by tacdeal.com for 20000mah MI power bank at Rs 1099/- + shipping fee 50/- total Rs 1149/-...I ordered that product.. I got the product on 16th January 2017. when I open the parcel... power bank is physically damaged... one side of the power bank is opened... so that I want to return the product but in tacdeal site there is no proper contact number... in contact us page they provide only the mail.. ie [protected]@tacdeal.com. for that mail I mailed to requesting for contacting me so many time but there is no response from their side... please help me to return this defective product... thank you
