I had ordered an item from this site seeing an advertisement in instagram. I recieved the order and paid the money and when i opened the parcel it was not the product described in the site and moreover a torn and used item. Order no is #19167. There is no proper contact details given in the website and no response from the customer service mail id to which i had mailed the details.
