I want my money back

I ordered kurti and l received cheap quality saree. Also they don't have phone number on their website so we can complaint about the same. How can i claim my 550rs back. If this will not stop many more can be abused. And this company is in surat as l get parcel with that address. I hope i'll get my money back in time.

I want to return the product as it is very low quality and i have apply for return and refund policy too but not yet i got response. So please give my money back. As the product which i received is of very bad quality and it is different from i want i have order and i'am trying to contact with the company no one is there to respond me. I have contact to the delivery centre and the shop from where o got message they are saying this company is fraud and it may have chance of not refunding. Please take some action against this kind fraud. I have mailed them, return the form three time daily message them to get it return but no response is obtained to me. Please let me know action should i take against so that not this kind of will happen.

I got old saree instead of new design net saree. I never expert this kind of received thinks. My order no istai18789. Tailorvala. Come website. They are cheating me. I put complaint to that website no one reply. They are don't have proper customer care number. That number only in computer voice. I want my money 650/- rupees. If they're return back my money i will put the complaint of consumer court.

This is regarding order id 18962, which i ordered from tailorvala.com.

The piece that i have selected at the time of order was a pink color lehenga (Code 795) costing rupees 900, the piece i got was a blue color sari or whatever it was i don't know.

I had to return it back so there was no provision of home pickup or anything so i did a speed post which cost me around 300 rupees including packing and other charges along with the wastage of my precious time.

I tried to make a connect with the customer support contact mentioned on the parcel but it was of no use because ultimately it will ask you to send an email after going through all the options, so you won't be able to talk with anyone on that customer support contact.

Now i am not getting a refund of my cod amount which i have paid.

We ordered two lehnga from tailorvala.com. On 3rd september 2019 we received the package through shadowfax courier service. The item that we received is totally different what we ordered.
Company is making fool to the people.
They don't have any properaddress, number or contact details on the site as well.
Also while submitting the online request for return and refund, it doesn't give any ticket#.
Please advise.

My order no. TAI21453 has been received in very bad conditions. The saree i have ordered is been totally different. This company (Tailorvala.com) is ### they even didn't call us without any information they kept at my neighboring house. The saree was of Rs.650. The saree which they have send is not even worth of Rs.100. what a show & what you have send is totally different. You guys are big chitter. This company is fraud.

Please return my order because my order is change. I have buy the website in @tailorvala.com in kurti but you have send to me two defective pieces of saree. Nd i'm not accept the product bcz this product is very bad quality. Nd i received my order by blue dart currior delivered my order. Please return this order nd gave me my payment of ruppe 550.

Hello, my order no. 18684. I ordered from www.tailorvala.com for 2 kurtas and 1 lenhga for rupees 2000 cash on delivery but they delivered me cheaper 3 saari. After that i called the delivery boy that it's not mine order so he answered me that, "mam, i am third party, so please called them for refund or about the product." so i did it, but when i checked but their is no voice call the mentioned that only msg i tried to reach them it's no use they are not responding. I also have video and pics of the product which they delivered on 4 august. I placed the order on 25 august. I gave a time period for reply till yesterday evening and mentioned if you didn't reply i will take action again they didn't reply. I think this kind of people are used to of this kind of reply from customer that why they are not taking seriously. If in this time anyone is not take action so noone can get the justice and these people are free to make fools others. Please do something for this kind of furad.
I want justice.

I had ordered an item from this site seeing an advertisement in instagram. I recieved the order and paid the money and when i opened the parcel it was not the product described in the site and moreover a torn and used item. Order no is #19167. There is no proper contact details given in the website and no response from the customer service mail id to which i had mailed the details. I would like a refund of rs 650 which i had paid for the order.

I bought a saree from this tailorvala company but after delivery product not match when i booked. Product not a saree but cut piece of saree. We complain about this but calling teller not responding. Last week i have triying to call but number go on not reachable. I i fill already refund n replace policy form by google drive formate but no response againts to this mail.

No response by company.

I ordered 3 items from tailorvala.com, order no. 14467 on aug 17, i received on aug 25th 2019.
I had ordered gown and kurti for an amount of 1850, instead i got 3 horrible sarees. When i called the customer care (Customer care no. [protected]) refund he asked some details o[censored]pi and told i should do within 30 seconds. After that an amount of 19500 has been deducted from 2accounts of mine. Now the number is switched off.
I have to receive an amount of 19500+1850 refund. I am badly in need of help. Kindly help

I have ordered kurtis on this site. They sent me cheap and damaged sarees. When i called them to refund the amount they asked me to send a msg which they sent on my number and that contained upi details within 30seconds. I asked the authenticity they are getting angry and not responding properly.

Please take return my order. I have ordered a lahenga from @tailorvala.com. But have received a defective piece of a saree & i can't accept this product because the quality of the saree is too worst. It was delivered by a currier boy and when i call him back the call is not reaching to him. It's a clearly fraud. I also not able to complain to that particular site. I paid 900/- for that. Please return my 900/-
