Taingobuy.com — regarding cheating the customers | |||||
I saw an advertisement by name taingobuy on facebook, offering kitchen items at discounted prices. I ordered a cookware set which was priced usd 2.95 including taxes & shipping; however, upon completion of purchase transaction, rs.7, 797.12/- got deducted from hdfc bank debit card. I did tried to contact the customer care, but the page is not displaying. Please help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i ALSO got 'bitten' by these people. Ordered pan set for 2.95 (yes, I know...if it's too good to be true...) they then charged 102.00 on my debit card. When I contacted them, they said 'technical error...refund in process'...that was November 5. Refund was to be received by my bank 11/22. No refund yet. It's now 11/30. All they keep saying is 'be patient. Refund takes long time due to being international'. I'm NOT a happy camper. Can't they be sued or something for this type of action???? I've never been scammed like this and don't know how to get my money back.

I also order a pots and pan set, $4.20 and they deduced 154.00 from my debit card, I got straight onto them plus my bank, from them I got tech error and will be transferred back but nothing so got onto fraud side of my bank and after sending my bank all the info I got my money returned. Plus taingobuy have said they have sent me more items than I ordered but they haven't arrived even tho the tracking number says they here in N.Z. 92 items in all.
These are scammers I bought 28 dollars us worth of things I put on my master card I receive instant notifications and said they charged 134.00. I called my credit card company asap and they refunded me and investigating. They still have not got bank to my credit card company. I had my cc canceled asap because on there website they have a reorder button. I heard they will keep ordering
