I ordered a flower bouquet for my wife on my birthday. The bouquet delivered at her place was no where close to what they had shown on their website and around fifty percent of the roses were stale and rotten. They are truly unprofessional and should be banned from advertising so highly about themselves and deceiving the customers....

Sir, My complaint has not yet been resolved. I repeat the complaint: On April 4, 2015, I ordered a cake with Taj Florist; the same to be delivered to Mr.Binoy Cyriac at IIT, Guwahati, Assam The item was not delivered although an amount of Rs.1075 was debited from my account with SBI. On tracking the order Taj Florist says they did not receive payment. SBI statement indicates debit to INB avenue Pvt Ltd No.[protected] dt.4th April2015. Kindly...

Taj Florist — boquet &cake by online booking

Boquet and cake were to be delivered to vimanagar pune before 12 pm today but it was delivered after 12.30. I had told the brithday person has to go out of station. I had been following up on mobile no [protected] from 10 pm. nobody responded till 11.30 am. This is riduculous. Please change the name. Service is very poor...
