I ordered a flower bouquet for my wife on my birthday. The bouquet delivered at her place was no where close to what they had shown on their website and around fifty percent of the roses were stale and rotten. They are truly unprofessional and should be banned from advertising so highly about themselves and deceiving the customers....

Hi, I had placed the order to deliver a bouquet and a chocolate cake to Chennai. I must say the payment proceedings were in no time. I ordered flowers and cakes to be delivered to Dahej(Gujarat) on 13 feb 2014. They called me and told that they cannot deliver it to Dahej because they have to complete the order for Vadodara. I ordered a bouquet for Rs 795 (and Rs 100 for delivery charge) from this site http://www.tajflorist.com/. Till now the bouquet not delivered. I specified to deliver the bouquet at 7:30 am in the morning. Its almost 5 pm. The contact number is switched off. There are no replies for the mails sent to the mail id mentioned in the site. We should definitely take this to consumer court....

So far my worst experience of having ordered flowers from your site for my fisrt valentine after my marriage. I ordered flowers (Order number: TF[protected]. The dilvery didn't happen. Nobody is picking up the phone also. Something serious should be done about this fake company. They don't have an address also.

Taj Florist people were unable to perform the delivery appropriately.

1. The item was not delivered on time.
2. The person supposed to receive it had to wait for it for a lot of time

The very purpose of getting the service done is, to delivery on time. When the purpose is not met, there is no point in providing the service at all.

No one seems to be picking up the phone also which is given in their contact.
How do banks transfer money to them not even verifying whether they are fake or not....
