They both dont knw how to treat or talk with the customer n dont knw the ethics of customer service. If they don't have solution they ignor you or give you some nonsense examples... Plz give them proper training against customer services... Honda is a good n known brand such employees can harm your branding soon.. Sudarshan motors are kuch better employees n services then this people who r calling them manager.. I didn't get any site or contact for raising my compaint against this two people so i'm writing here only. If you have any site where i can compaint against them please share.
