My sansui colour tv model no. Is sfs21sda832518 and serial no. Is[protected]. I have given complain on 03.12.17, on same day your mechanic came and rectify it but again same has been totally black out on 07.12.2017, now on the same date your mechanic came and take some parts with him, now till date he is only providing me the dates only not the parts or niether he is repairing my tv.
