I have taken AMC for three years from
Take Care India Pvt Ltd .
I have paid full payment 7000 rupees.
and no one is picking my call. and want to refund or repair my AC. i have called [protected] and +[protected]. and emailed to [protected]@vgmail.in. One is picking my call. or on one reply me. its very urgent

They did fraud with me

My tv under warranty, the display panel is not working properly.
Complaint made on april 27, 1028 still not attended.
Have received several messages against my repeated calls.
Till date tv defective panel not repaired.

My sansui colour tv model no. Is sfs21sda832518 and serial no. Is[protected]. I have given complain on 03.12.17, on same day your mechanic came and rectify it but again same has been totally black out on 07.12.2017, now on the same date your mechanic came and take some parts with him, now till date he is only providing me the dates only not the parts or niether he is repairing my tv. Today again he is giving me time of another one week....

I have trying to post a complaint for my Kenstar washing Machine Service Center.
They helped me with no[protected] for online complaints
I called on 11th July 2008, the customer care executive took my details and said - we don't have any complaint no for UP Area.
He said - things will be taken care within 24 hrs.
I called today, they asked me refererence No- which i haven't received.
They kept disconnecting my call and started saying- delhi ke complaint yahan nahi lee jate hain.. i asked them for Delhi no.
Such irresponsible executive, don't know what is purpose of haveing such customer care people.
I called more than 10 times and everytime they put me oh hold and later disconnected without and response.

Please sue them
