I ordered (Order#[protected] a rakhi (Amount rs 520/-) to be sent to my brother in usa on aug 8, 2019. Before sending i got it confirmed on the chat if they deliver to that particular address with po code. On the chat, it was confirmed that they deliver to the address. After confirmation, i placed an order on aug 8, 2019. However, the rakhi was not delivered. When enquired, they said there was no one at home. But i doubt if they ever tried delivering. They never left a note on door nor tried calling the recipient. Raised numerous tickets with them - all unresolved. The ticket numbers are:

When asked to return my money, they asked me to pay more 1000 rs to attempt delivery again. Such a cheat and looter they are! Was this information helpful? |
