Order only partially delivered but order status updates to delivered. No one picks up calls or responds to emails. What a cheat!!

I placed an order from this website on August 20th from US for 2 sets of rakhis and plants.. I received an email acknowledging that order was received.
"Your order Id:[protected]
Placed on August 20, 2021 12:16:43 AM IST'.
However, the order was only partially fulfilled, we received only 1 setnever received the second set and they marked the order Completed. No one picks up their contact no, no response on FB or twitter.

My sister ordered mugs and wallet[protected] with said order and paid all money the order was on 10 july 2020 still nothing received by me. On my enquiry by mail no response till date 6august20 this company site is talash.com please note this is fraud company beware placing order here

I placed an order of a rakhi set with sweet box on the 18th of july. This fraud website says they will deliver within 5-7 working days! But when i couldn't track my order (No progress shown on the site) and they are not responding to my emails and phone calls, i had to file this complaint! Totally fraud website and there's no way i can get my money back now! Regretting like hell as to why i chose this fraud site!

We ordered 5 rakhis from this site for a total 1601/-. There site mentions even goodies with each rakhi. Let aside the goodies we did not even receive the rakhis. Instead they sent only one cheap quality rakhi which was not even in the order. We also sent them a complaint at their support desk but did not receive a response. Nor does anyone pick up on the customer care number. These guys seem to be blatantly cheating.

I ordered (Order#[protected] a rakhi (Amount rs 520/-) to be sent to my brother in usa on aug 8, 2019. Before sending i got it confirmed on the chat if they deliver to that particular address with po code. On the chat, it was confirmed that they deliver to the address. After confirmation, i placed an order on aug 8, 2019. However, the rakhi was not delivered. When enquired, they said there was no one at home. But i doubt if they ever tried delivering. They never left a note on door nor tried calling the recipient. Raised numerous tickets with them - all unresolved. The ticket numbers are:

When asked to return my money, they asked me to pay more 1000 rs to attempt delivery again. Such a cheat and looter they are!

Please dont order from them, the took 1700 to deliver rakhi to singapore... (Order no.[protected]. Purchased on 3/8/2019
Ive made several calls and sent mails to them, but they have always tried to assure that they will deliver the item. Priya parasramka has been responding to my mails/tickets.

On 15 aug when the rakhi still did not reach, i called them several times, but they did not respond.
The rakhi has not reached and on the top of the they are neither replying to mails/tickets, nor taking any calls.

Frauds and cheats...

Hi, i ordered rakhi for my brother living in australia from talash.com on 1st of aug 2019. My brother didn't receive any parcel till today i. E 16th aug 2019. Raksha bandhan is gone. These people are fraud. They don't even care about people's emotions, all they want is money.

When i emailed them about this thing they sent me a stupid screen shot just saying parcel delivered, nothing was mentioned there to whom they have delivered, when did they deliver when i asked them about the details, they are not even responding to my emails.

Its been 15 years my brother is out of india and this is the first time he didn't receive my rakhi parcel. How can someone play with people's emotions just for money.

I made the worst decision i chose this website. Please don't ever order from this website. Not recommended at all.

I had a very bad experience. I ordered for father’s day. Order number #[protected] placed on 11.6.19. Look at the pictures provided with this complaint of what was the order and the received order.
First order, a combo of flowers and fruits. The order was delivered without flowers. Flowers delivered late evening, were all in bad condition and arrangement was ordinary not even 30% of what is shown on the site, i paid $43 for that. Fruits arranged in a basket that we take to mandir. Not even 50% of what shows on the site

Second order, was a chocolate bouquet with “i love you” sign. Order delivered with no arrangements, no ribbon (Nothing), just chocolate cellophane taped around a bunch of flower.
Sent visual of the order delivered, customer service representative agreed on the first instance that it was not what is shown in picture order and was to be delivered and will ask the vendor to redeliver or refund my money.

After 5 days of calling india, yesterday 21.6.19 representative says sorry, vendor delivered what was asked for just the arrangement is not there and said he can’t do anything. I asked to talk to manager, no reply after that. And i was told a written apology was sent with the flower delivery, which never happened. No written apology was received by my father with flowers.
My question is why u put the pictures when they can’t deliver even the 50%of what is shown on site. Really bad experience. No consistency and very poor customer service. Poor quality of order delivered. Total waste of time and specially hard earned money. With product the presentation does matter. But with this site product delivered and presentation doesn’t matter.
No grievances and complaint department number provided when requested.

1- I placed On Line Order # 1000.49886 for $22.80 on August 5, 2017 with Talash.com for purchase and delivery of (1) Ganesh Murti for $14.41 and (2) Red Crystal Stone & Kundan Studded Rakhi and Kaju Katli for $8.39.

2- Until today (August 15, 2017) only Ganesh Murti had been delivered, but the Rakhi and Kaju Katli have not been delivered. This company have already collected money in advance from my credit card but have failed to honor commitment of its purchase order of $8.39 value.

3- Several attempts to contact the company through email and telephone have failed.

4- It is very much disgraceful of default and non-responsive behavior of these companies. They bring bad names to other genuine Indian vendors and Indian business ethics.

5- Through this forum, I ask the vendors to effect complete delivery of my left out partial order # 1000.49886 immediately.

Talash.com is responsible, for which I failed to get the Rakhi to my brother after many years. It is so painful that these companies cheat on human sentiments and relations.

I placed an order no. [protected] on Talash.com on 31/07/2013 which was meant to be delivered in 4-5 days.Till date I have not recieved my order. They also provide a wrong DTDC courier No. c49117599 which is wrong.This no. has a different destination. They now say that your order has been delivered. I registered 8 complaints at their website vide ticket nos. Talash .com FAKE and FRAUD !!!!!!!!
I ordered a cake, flowers and a Nokia phone worth 8000 rupees on 7th November 2012 ,order receipt number WS7292635 and order number : [protected] for my mum's on her birthday .. And it's not been received yet I have been trying to contact this website but their is no positive response about the product. They just delivered only cake and flower on 8th November 2013 and their is no clue about the mobile. Moreover they have got my bank details I am really angry and upset . Please take action against this website and I want my money refund.

i am praveen from chennai, i had booked two t-shirts in talash .com on 4th nov 2012, but i had received only one t-shirt. But till now i had not received another t-shirt. When i call the talash.com phone no: they told they had shipped through shree anjani courier service. when i contacted couriers they are also not responding properly. so please support for the delivery of product.

I have purchased a Sonata Couple Watch from Talash.com.They provide a receipt number.
Delivery is not done even receipt number shows invalid on their site too.
Even they are not replying on phone too.
My recipe number is NB4951452.

I had purchased a product named "delightful Love" for Rs 1050 from Talash.com on the 3rd of February. I had asked them to deliver the product on Valentine's day. This product contained a crystal rose, a box of chocolates and a gift voucher worth Rs250.

However the recipient recd a totally different product which consisted of a teddy bear and a box of chocolates which i checked on the website and it cost Rs 750. Not only was the wrong and cheap product delivered but also the product was delivered on the 8th of Feb instead of 14th of Feb.

So I tried calling the customer service nos mentioned on the company website. No one answered either of the two nos mentioned there. So I lodged a complaint on the website. No action was taken for 2 days. I lodged another complaint under critical and this time a woman called me and told me to inform the recipient to repack the wrongly delivered prodcut and she would arrange a pick up for the same and see to it that the correct product would be delivered.

I havent heard from her again. I tried calling her from the number I got the call from with no response. The number is either busy or no one answers it.
I lodged another complaint 5 days ago but havent heard from the company.

Then yesterday I recd an email from them stating that they had sent my product for delivery under tracking number [protected] by aramex courier. The status on the website says that it has been delivered but the recipient hasnt recd the order. I am so frustrated that I cant see any end to this problem..
I do not want anyone else to be cheated by this company so I am writing here.

As a consumer I placed my wished in this company's hands and hoped that they would deliver the correct product to my friend and his girlfriend for their fist valentine's day together. Not only have they cheated me of my dreams but also have stolen money from me and delivered a substandard product.

I would urge the consumer forum to look into this matter and see to it that companies like this are brought to justice.

I want to make complaint of talash.com ,recently,I sent rakhi to my brother at U.S.A and sweet hamper. I paid money for KAJUKATARI(Indian sweet) DRYFRUIT(almond pistachio etc) & 5grm of silver coin. Whereas my brother just got the rakhi, only rakhi. The picture of rakhi was different on site and it looks different in real.
*[rakhi is just like friendship bend. Indian sister tie that bend on her brother’s hand on this special day]
Talash.com cheated me and they did a same cheating with my mother as well, she also sent rakhi and sweet KAJUKATARI to her brother in U.S.A but my maternal uncle just got rakhi and “Misri” Misri is a preparation of sugar crystals, used in India as a type of candy

I highly recommend that please do not make any deal with talash.com, it ruins my festival, money and specially feelings.

Never shop online through this site "TALASH.COM".
It is a fake site I believe. I have placed an order in the month of July but still don’t receive the product yet. When I reach to their support (as per the support id mentioned in the site) ,firstly they said they will get back to me and they would not. So again and again I am trying to reach them but they never respond to my mails and complaints.

SO FRIENDS BE AWARE OF THAT SITE AND DONT SHOP ANYTHING FROM THEM AS IT ONLY CAUSEING LOOSE OF MONEY BUT NO GAIN,MAY BE YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCT.

Here I want to warn other potential...

I bought this "Strob IM1000 1 Liter Capacity Ice Cream Maker" from eshop.webindia123.com (talash.com)recently(its a china made stuff). Basically electronix mall is the vendor as i understand. When i opened it, the inner steel container which actually holds the liquid and which cools it, was missing. I contacted evyapar.com, the response was really slow. Apparently they contacted the vendor(electronix mall) and the vendor claimed that they have shipped all the items. So i was asked to take pictures of the items to show them what was missing. Well, frankly i have decided not to waste my time and energy sending them pictures and running after them as they are not taking any initiative at all. When after a couple of weeks after submitting my complaint i didnt get any updates from them, i asked them what was the status - it was only after that they sent me an email.
So just be careful with these guys - they are not trustworthy.
