I had a very bad experience. I ordered for father’s day. Order number #[protected] placed on 11.6.19. Look at the pictures provided with this complaint of what was the order and the received order.
First order, a combo of flowers and fruits. The order was delivered without flowers. Flowers delivered late evening, were all in bad condition and arrangement was ordinary not even 30% of what is shown on the site, i paid $43 for that. Fruits arranged in a basket that we take to mandir. Not even 50% of what shows on the site
Second order, was a chocolate bouquet with “i love you” sign. Order delivered with no arrangements, no ribbon (Nothing), just chocolate cellophane taped around a bunch of flower.
Sent visual of the order delivered, customer service representative agreed on the first instance that it was not what is shown in picture order and was to be delivered and will ask the vendor to redeliver or refund my money.
After 5 days of calling india, yesterday 21.6.19 representative says sorry, vendor delivered what was asked for just the arrangement is not there and said he can’t do anything. I asked to talk to manager, no reply after that. And i was told a written apology was sent with the flower delivery, which never happened. No written apology was received by my father with flowers.
My question is why u put the pictures when they can’t deliver even the 50%of what is shown on site. Really bad experience. No consistency and very poor customer service. Poor quality of order delivered. Total waste of time and specially hard earned money. With product the presentation does matter. But with this site product delivered and presentation doesn’t matter.
No grievances and complaint department number provided when requested.
