I would strongly advise against using this particular travel agency if you are planning to have a peaceful and convenient Hajj and Umrah experience.
From the beginning, they deceived me by sending beautifully photoshopped Umrah or Hajj package brochures. They then asked for an advance deposit for pre-booking, which we paid, leading us to start our preparations and family gatherings.
However, they kept me and other customers on hold, only to inform us later that we should request a refund due to heavy rush or unavailability of visas. This left some o[censored]s angry and others in tears.
The next day, their deceitful tactics began. They demanded additional charges of 50, 000 rupees per member for "tatkaal" (urgent) booking, creating a sense o[censored]rgency among all customers. Some group members paid the extra money, but I refused.
Upon reaching Jeddah airport and boarding a bus to the hotel, our journey was interrupted at a checkpoint. The authorities discovered that we had no accommodation reservation (maqtab) or hotel arrangements. They left us stranded on the road near the Haram.
When we contacted the company for the hotel location, they instructed us to go to Aziziyah instead. This was shocking, as they had promised a hotel near the Haram within 500 meters. The company claimed that they hadn't booked any hotel and asked us to cooperate.
We eventually reached the Aziziyah hotel, but to our dismay, the same situation occurred. All the pilgrims were waiting in the lobby because the hotel manager hadn't received any payment from the company. They refused to let us enter our rooms. Eventually, a company representative arrived and took us to an unnamed, cheap, and substandard hotel near Ajyad Street, asking us to adjust for the duration of the Hajj. All we could do was exercise patience (sabr).
The following day, when we arrived in Mina, we discovered that there were no tents allocated for us. Some o[censored]s resorted to lying on the road until we encountered some khadims (helpers) from Moradabad who let us stay in their stockroom. The company provided no food or services, nor did any Muallim (guide) assist us.
The same scenario repeated in Arafat. We asked the company for transportation from Arafat to Muzdalifah, but they gave no positive response, leaving us to walk there ourselves. We finally reached Muzdalifah on foot.
After completing the rituals at Jamarat, we reached the hotel and complained about our experiences. However, the company representative showed no concern. Despite having booked a private VIP Hajj package and having paid our life savings, we were treated as if we hadn't paid anything. The representative had no answers to our questions.
Later that night, we took a taxi to Mina and discovered that he had taken some Hajis to unused and abandoned camps, falsely claiming it was a VIP treatment. When he came to our camp, which was a water bottle stockroom, he misbehaved with us for not going to that outside Mina camp.
We exercised patience (sabr) and managed to complete our Hajj despite the challenges. However, the company representative disappeared and went into hiding in Madinah.
Forcefully, he summoned all the Hajis to Madinah because he had no hotel arrangements in Makkah. Upon reaching Madinah, he refused to follow our agreed-upon itinerary and forced us to leave by July 8th. Once again, we exercised patience (sabr).
Now, as I reflect on my experience, I realize that we tolerated all of this because we had already paid a significant amount of money and our priority was completing our Hajj. However, it is unjust for new Hajis to face the same problems. That's why I decided to make you aware of this company before you book anything with them.
In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from using this travel agency.
