I would strongly advise against using this particular travel agency if you are planning to have a peaceful and convenient Hajj and Umrah experience.

From the beginning, they deceived me by sending beautifully photoshopped Umrah or Hajj package brochures. They then asked for an advance deposit for pre-booking, which we paid, leading us to start our preparations and family gatherings.

They lied to me saying that the hotel was 800 meters(I have brochure for proof). But it was more than 1.5 kms. This can be confirmed by checking the hotel al wahej towers.
