I would strongly advise against using this particular travel agency if you are planning to have a peaceful and convenient Hajj and Umrah experience.

From the beginning, they deceived me by sending beautifully photoshopped Umrah or Hajj package brochures. They then asked for an advance deposit for pre-booking, which we paid, leading us to start our preparations and family gatherings.

However, they kept me and...

1. False promise of distance of the hotel

They lied to me saying that the hotel was 800 meters(I have brochure for proof). But it was more than 1.5 kms. This can be confirmed by checking the hotel al wahej towers. I am attaching the brochure of their tour package which I took. When I complained about the distance, they said the distance calculation method is different. I then calculated that distance using their method, and still the distance was a lot more than what they had promised. Upon further complaining, they said I should focus on worship instead of doing all this.

2. Not complete food provided In flight & on Jeddah airport
They bought ticket which did not include any meal. I had to purchase from my own. They did not even bother to ask about the same.

3. The hotel had water shortage

The hotel they had booked had water shortage in it. Upon complaining, they did not act professionally.

4. Dropped at the wrong terminal during return

While returning, thier cab driver dropped me at the wrong airport terminal. I had to spend money from my pockets to get another cab(with all my bags), for reaching the correct airport terminal. 5. Zam zam not provided They had promised they will provide zam zam, but they just gave 10 riyals before leaving and expected us to buy zam zam on our own from the airport. No support from their end. They do not have official representatives there. They have just hired Pakistani agents and these agents have tie ups with multiple companies.
