Hello sir,
My name is jaydeep paul & my mobile no. Is [protected]. I'll got a payment of my phone number bill through talkcharge.com site. Payment was successfully transfer on my bank a/c, but talkcharge payment was failed and the bill payment is not completed to this bill posting. I'm try on this two time but it's failed. I already informed at [protected]@talkcharge.com but nobody refund the amount into my bank account or talkcharge wallet at that moment.
The payment account is rs. 67+67 = 134 /-
My question is why can't credit this amount on my bank account.
Talkcharge oder no is tc[protected] and tc[protected].
I request to you please refund this amount as soon as possible.

I recharged for my tatasky dth by rs.250 via talkcharge.com online on 16th august, 2016. I transacted by debit card and my bank account was debited at the same time in the morning 9.42 am but i didn't get my account recharged. I mailed them several times and luckily they replied just once on 17th august that they will credit my account by wallet balance but they didn't do anything even on today also. I again sent them mail but there is no reply. Even i sent message by facebook to solve my issue and they promised me to solve my query in 24 hours on 17th august but now 48 hours have been passed but still no solution.

Complaint No.1 : I added Rs.44 to my Talkcharge Wallet on 21st July, 2016 at 12:42pm via Order No. TC[protected]. Status is still "Your Payment is Pending". Amount got deducted but it is not reflecting in my Talkcharge Wallet. Not even a single email reply received from talkcharge.

Complaint No.2 : I made a transaction of Rs 12 on 14th August, 2016 at 01:30 am via order No. TC[protected] . Status is "Order failed". Amount got deducted from my Talkcharge Wallet but recharge is not done.

Above two recharges are failed, but the amount rs.295 each is deducted from my account. There is no reply from the talkcharge customer care. So kindly help me to get back the money. If there is no response from customer care, what are the other things we can move legally.

Sir i made a transaction vide order no. Tc[protected] made on 30th july 2016 for the first time aftet registering in this website. I could not get recharged my airtel datacard so far also they did not giving a valid reason for the failed transaction.

Kindly check with this people and do the needful, please do not rely this site anymore fraud site, the government should take stingent action on this fraud people who is misusing the public hard earned money.

Today i transacted 100 rs to www.talkcharge.com this was a recharge website

In this website i added 100 rs to wallet was paid through ccavenue.com but it was not added to wallet after i decide i was get cheated..
I complaint to that website regarding this transaction but they still no responsible to that complaints

So i kindly request you to recover that money and take a action asap...

Take a complaint as online scam frauds...

I did my recharge today of rs 6000 from my credit card for airtel digital tv whose id is [protected] and the amount has been deducted from my credit card but my recharge is not done on 2nd june 2016.

Today i checked the details where my dth recharge has been declined and its states that money has been refunded to my wallet than why the money is showing as rs 0 in my wallet. I dont want my money in wallet as you are sheer cheaters, i want the same to be refunded back to my credit card through which i made the transaction.

What kind of service you are going as no one is bothered or replying to my mail on [protected]@talkcharge.com which i have been sending the same for last 2 days.

On 1st june2016i try to bsnl mobile recharge with the amount Rs-561/- at talkcharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.So many times(Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount Rs-561/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount Rs-561/-...Pls verify and refund my amount Rs-561/- to my bank account.

On May 19th, 2016 i try Airtel DTHrecharge with the amount rs.280/- at talkcharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was Your Payment is Pending and the amount was debited from my bank account.I contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.280/-, but nobody responded and refund is still pending ...Pls verify and refund my amount rs.280/- to my bank account or Wallet

I did recharge of rs 315 on 20/05/2016 for dth by using talkcharge. The amount has deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation massage from your site (Talkcharge) even i have checked my last transaction by my login id on talkcharge portal its showing red cross mark under the amount but till now i didn't receive any massage from talkcharge & i didn't get my cashback amount as per the coupon code!

I have first time use your site for recharge of my dth but really i am very disappointed & and it was the worst experience on talkcharge.

Sir i have join talkcharge for recharge website. I am added amount of rs 5000 in talk charge account.In feb 29th transaction is sucsess. But the next day my wallet amount is missed. Hai sir i am sangeetha, i have paid my aircel bill payment rs. 594/- on 11th april 2016 in talkcharge website. But still now not done my transaction. But amount rs.594/- is debited my bank account. These are my order numbers, tc[protected] tc[protected], tc[protected], tc[protected], where recharged for rs 10 for all the numbers as a new user for cashback offers on apr 14th, 2016, out of which only one recharge of 10 was happened even i dint receive cashback for that and remaining 3 recharges were completely blind, amount debited but recharges not happened very worst experience, i need this too be happened immediately

Since 2 months i am communicating with talkcharge through mails but they are not responding on mails, they have only one email ID no other source to communicate i dont think this is reliable company . They are making the fool of peoples. please take strict action on them.

On 1st of March of I deposited rs5000 in wallet, bt for stupid kind of kyc reasons my wallet showing zero from last month.still they din refund my money into my wallet.so many times I send him mail.bt they not even relyed once..

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have paid Rs 2000.00 to Talkcharge for the bill payment of My Airtel Mobile on 28th March 2016, But payment is not reflected till the date, & i tried many times to get in touch with talkcharge but i did not receive any response from them. So how can i know the problem in Payment. I contacted with CC Avenue (Gateway of Payment of Talkcharge), they have sent me payment confirmation Mail.
