Aight so I ordered a bouquet worth Rs.900 this morning only...gave em the desired detail and everything.
They sent me a tracking link ..everything was going well until outta blue I got an mail saying i need to pay Rs.700 more cause this very area is in outskirts.
They could've informed me earlier but nvm now I'm regretting my prior decision that I ordered anything from this hideous company.
What should I do...

I had placed an order on 29th April and paid online they were mailed saying the area chosen is non- serviceable area I asked for refund till now it’s Been 13 days no one has cared to refund when they wrote they will initiate in 10 days .

    Order not delivered since four days

    I ordered on 03/Jan/2025 and order no is BV24220369 but till today the order is not delivered. The order was scheduled for delivery on the same day.
    Very next day i raised complaint with the company but not getting proper update and response on delivery.
    The provided contact number in their website is not working....

    I had placed an order for a cake from them and made my payment as well on 28thDec 2024. I received a confirmation email for my payment and order details. The product was not delivered to the address, and the delivery status of the product has not changed from "On hold- out of service area". I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service but i have not received any response to my emails and complaints nor is the number provided...

    I have ordered a chocolate combo for my nephews birthday, order #BV24213468. It was showing same day delivery. Later received an email saying the my order is on hold due to the area is out of service and was asking to give alternative delivery date or alternative delivery address. When replied to their email asking for refund, then there is no response from them.

        No response on call, no response on email as well.

        I had ordered flowers and a lucky plant through BloomsVilla website bloomsvilla.com where they had mentioned that their service is 24 hours and they can deliver any time, day or night. The order was for my cousin’s 25th wedding Anniversary and I wanted them to receive on the same day I ordered but they delivered next day and the worst part was the products they received were really substandard and low quality. My cousin called me and informed me about the same, she also spoke to the local person who managed bloomsvilla deliveries, they didn’t resolve the matter. So I emailed the company's about my concern and disappointment about misleading information and the delivery of cheap and shoddy products and demanded to reimburse the amount I spent. They didn’t accept that they were at wrong and disregarded my concern. I have used few other websites to order flowers and plants before and was never a disappointment. The reason I chose this company as they have advertised that they deliver any time. This has been a misleading information and above all they deliver shoddy and second-rate products. I request this matter to be taken seriously as this can prevent lot of customers getting scammed in the future by this unreliable company. I aim to go to consumer court if this is not resolved.             They are saying they delivered, they are doing fraud, they refused to pay back back my money, they told they will send a coupon but they never did, please close this company and protect other customers

              Bloomsvilla is a fraud company, they didn't deliver my order, and if asked about refund they are saying they delivered but still will give me gift voucher, they are contacting me only through mail, that too all nonsense replies,

                I had ordered a bouquet of 20 roses to be delivered on 14th February and the time slot that I had selected was 9am to 12pm. And I had placed the order and paid for it four days back.
                It did not get delivered at all. I have mailed them repeatedly as well as tried to contact them on Instagram as well as called them but their call said busy the entire day, at any given point of time. My bouquet was not delivered and it still is showing that it is with delivery team.

                  The company should shut down. I placed an order to be delivered on 13 Feb. it is almost 15 Feb and it has not been delivered yet.

                  The people checking the customer emails do not respond with update. Their response is that order will be delivered soon. The tracking link is the biggest joke. The phone number on the website is fake.
                  Why has no action being taken to shut down this company. Despite several complaints.
                  This is frustrating. authorities need to take action. They are fraud.

                        I have ordered rose bouquet from bloomsvilla they placed the order and took the money through online transaction and after taking the order they send me a mail which they have mentioned that my place where I want the the bouquet to be delivered is out of their service..they must have mentioned it earlier after deduction of money they send me the mail which is very unprofessional if they won't give any reply to my mail they I will raise complaint against them in court as I am an advocate.                           The order was supposed to get delivered at morning 7am to 9am on[protected], you frauds charged 200 extra for that. And i got the delivery at 12.15 pm. Completely fraud company trying to become other genuine companies like fern and petals. That is why people never trust with companies like you.

                          Attached the delivery receipt where is written delivery between 8 am to 12 pm.

                          I will surely give all relevant reviews to all platforms with these images.

                              Delivered a flower bouquet for my anniversary (on 17.01.2024) that wilted within 24 hours. I sent them an email the very next day explaining the situation and also a picture pf the flowers, but no one responded from their side. Strangely, they have a clause on their "Rules and regulations" section (you can see it on their website) that if the flowers are not of good quality, you can raise a complaint and after looking at your request, if they feel the complaint is genuine, they will take necessary action. Please do not waste your valuable money on these cheats and spoil on your day/occasion.
