Birthday boutique order not delivered

I ordered a boutique and chocolate worth Rs2117 today morning for my sister in West Bengal.
Order was scheduled for 9 am to 12 noon.
Till now it is not delivered (6 pm)
No response.Tracking shows wrong order no or email id....

Aight so I ordered a bouquet worth Rs.900 this morning only...gave em the desired detail and everything.
They sent me a tracking link ..everything was going well until outta blue I got an mail saying i need to pay Rs.700 more cause this very area is in outskirts.
They could've informed me earlier but nvm now I'm regretting my prior decision that I ordered anything from this hideous company.
What should I do...

I had placed an order for a cake from them and made my payment as well on 28thDec 2024. I received a confirmation email for my payment and order details. The product was not delivered to the address, and the delivery status of the product has not changed from "On hold- out of service area". I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service but i have not received any response to my emails and complaints nor is the number provided...

Fraud, misleading and poor customer service

An order was placed 3 hrs before and payment already done, after 3 hours the concerned person asks to pay extra rupees 200 for delivery when earlier it was not mentioned. Really pathetic service on your behalf. Furthermore it wasted my effort, time and a complete mental disaster! I would have ordered it from any other site. I ordered a cake on November 13 for a delivery of November 14 7am-9am. Paid a delivery fee of Rs. 200. At 5:10 pm on November 13 I receive an email that I need to pay additional Rs. 250 because the address is in the outskirts area. Then they never responded to my emails and no cake was delivered. No response to calls either....

Fraud done by bloomsvilla

Dear Team,

My sister had order cake with flowers from Bhopal to Goa on 23.10.2021. Delivery time was 6-9pm. She ordered for the celebration for welcoming baby to house. But you guys done the fraud by not sending the items by taking full money.

I have tried calling customer care also but no one has picked my call. I will file the complaint against your company if you will not give my money back. I want my refund...

    Very next day i raised complaint with the company but not getting proper update and response on delivery.
    The provided contact number in their website is not working.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Bloomsvilla regarding my order (Order Number: BV[protected] for wild orchids, which I placed on [insert order date]. I paid a total of Rs. 1349 for this order.

      The following issues have arisen:

      Order Cancellation and Refund: The next day, I received an email stating the flowers were unavailable and was offered red roses instead. I requested to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. However, Bloomsvilla has refused to provide a full refund, insisting on a cancellation fee of Rs. 200.
      Customer Service: I have attempted to reach their customer care multiple times, but the number provided is consistently unresponsive. I have also requested a callback, which has not been arranged.
      This experience has been very frustrating, and I believe that my rights as a consumer have been violated. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating a full refund of my payment.

          I ordered a bouquet on 14.9.2024 to be delivered to me on 15.9.2024 between 3 p.m & 6 p.m. It was not delivered on the mentioned date and time and when tried reaching their customer service it was (* is still busy). Nobody communicated about the status of the orders despite multiple emails, complaint registered on the site and reached out on Instagram as well. After so much suffering and absolutely no response from them, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the cash for this order and the forthcoming order to be delivered on 22nd. Clearly there is no way to communicate and they do not have any proper channel to reach them. The forced me to receive the order on 16th and after asking them to cancel order and initiate the refund, they are denying the request and not addressing the issue. I even asked for a senior person to call me via emails and nothing happened. I have lost complete trust with them and as they could not deliver the product as and when they promise to deliver, I do not want to receive their product way past my requirement. Kindly help get my hard earned money back. One order lapsed delivery time and one is scheduled to be delivered on 22nd. I want cancellation of both and refund for both.
