Its recharge status shows order failed but my money was debited from my wallet please refund my money urgent please help...

I done transaction on 1 march recharge is not done and my 2000 rs deducted no reply on mail or even on facebook
I think its fake website

But no reply
So please help me out...

Hi team, they have send me a text
that if I'll upload 5000 rupees in talkcharge wallet I'll get 250 rupees
cashback and that also for two times per user and when I uploaded the same
as 10000 rupees in total now your website is not recognizing me and so
could you please check and revert asap else I have to escalate it on social
media if I'll not receive your prompt response...

Dear sir, i faced the two situation transactions amounts at talkcharge website.
On dec 24th, 2015 12:44 pm i try to dth recharge with the amount rs.300/- at talkcharge recharge website. At the time of tracsaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.So many times(Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.300/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount rs.300/-...Pls...

Actually i have payment RS 50 through credit card as per ICICI bank Transaction was successful however i did not received any payment till now.

there are four parties involved in the transaction first ICICI bank 2nd CC Avenue 3rd Talkchrge and 4th Airetel.

As per CCavenue transaction was successful from there side however as per 3rd and 4th party transaction was not successful.
