This was regarding the bill payment of my bsnl landline payment with ac no -[protected] with amount rs 5321 which is still not received by bsnl with talkcharge order id tc[protected] and my landline bill last due date was scheduled on[protected].
On enquiry about the bsnl bill payment status, talkcharge tries to put a smile by sharing operator ref id - cyb[protected].
I got rs 17 as cashback but bill still remain unpaid and again fear of late fee.
But my actual question was how long with it take for bsnl to update the bill. As part of other website they clearly state 48 working hour or 72 working hours but here nothing was mentioned even after email followup.
It creates lot confusion among customer and gives bitter experience, damage the reputation of the brand. Hope for your immediate action

I've recharged my no. With 399 rs. On talkcharge app and entered a promo code which promises to give 125 rs cashback in 24 hours. Its been 2 days but i've not get any cashback, i've tried to contact them via email but they don't reply. Transaction order id - tc[protected]. I want this company to be closed down as i've seen a lot of negative review about this app on play store. These guys are pathetic. If they can't do what they say then why do they even say that.

I paid my elecriciy bill. But it's show order failed and my account had been debited with rs1163/- on 07july 2017

At the time of transaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount 1163/- but they were not given satisfied reply
. Pls verify and refund my amount rs.1163/- to my bank account.

I tried for my electricity bill payment (1040 rs * 2 = 2080rs) and amount deducted from bank and bill payment not successfull. I got the amount refund in talk charge wallet. Using that amount just my 1st two recharges of rs 130 & rs 10 was successfull. After that i am not able to do recharge using talkcharge wallet. My 1940 rs stcuked in talkcharge wallet. I have mailed 11 time with different recharge information & transaction numbers that gone into peding statement but they are either not rplying or if they are replying then they are not replying with proper answer. They are just trying to make the customer fool.

Updated by hmpatel712 Here is the proof that I have mailed talcharge care many times. There reply is not proper in anyway they are just drafting the same reply mail for each complain. And now they even stop replying to my mail. They did not reply to my last two mails, 1 JUN 2017 12:09 P.M. & 7 JUN 2017 9:43 P.M.. It is cheater & fraud company. Please take the necessary strict actions against this company. I am ready to do whatever is required from my side. But please take strict action so that it will not cheat the other customers in future. Kindly Help

I also mailed them but no reply yet from talcharge.
I mailed them twice but still they had not replied me.

I tried to recharge my jio number 1st time recharge failed.
And second time also failed..in talkcharge.com
Then i was checked my bank account..
Amount 408+408 = rupees 816/- is debited from my account.
That rs.816/- are not refunded to my account..

Sir 30 march 2017 time 1:29 o'clock i was doing 3300 rupees d2h recharge by canara bank debit card.. But did not my recharge and my amount is debit in my account...

Sir/ madam i was our d2h Recharge 30 march 2017 time 13:28:55 o'clock via Talkcharge apps ...but Recharge not successful but my Balance deduct... i was complain to this company and further complain to merchant Ccavenue... and also complain your bank...but your bank not support me my money back for this issues... becouse merchant ask he is ready deposit my money in my account but he is called until your bank ask for this dispute issues then we are not deposit your money in your account... I made the payment of my bsnl landline bill amounting to rs 770 via talkcharge app on 14th april 2017 as per the app the payment was made and i received a message from there end for the same. But as per bsnl my billremains unpaid and is outstanding till date. Its been s month i have complained about it to talkcharge and they havent taken any initiative to resolve the same. I have all the evidences regarding the payment. Please help.

Money deducted from my credit card but topup not added

Intially I have seen pending status for order : TC[protected].

Now it is payment failed but monet not added to my credit card account.

Dropped many mails no response from customer care.

After logging complaint in consumer complaint they have responded and replied back to my mail but my query is not resolved.I provided bank transaction detils to them.Bank people said to take email confirmation for talkcharge that they have not received money.waiting for talkcharge team to respond.

On may-2 made a transaction of 408/- recharge for jio service through talkcharge platform. But didn't received transaction confirmation message from jio network and money had been debited form bank account. From may-4 had been trying to understand the reason why it happened by contacting talkcharge customer care through mail services (Because they don't have even customer care contact number) but not even a reply from them which will be helpful. It had been past 10 days of recharge money had been debited but no response from talkcharge regarding this technical problem. I hope to get money refund if you consider to help us with these type of problems.

I have sent two reminder to custmomer care of talkcharge website that an amount of rs. 1070.00 has not been credit in my talkcharge wallet. The transaction was payment to bses rajdhani (Electricity charges) but the transaction was failed and the amount was debited in my talkcharge wallet so many times (Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.1070/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount rs.1070/-... Pls verify and refund my amount rs.1070/- to my talk charge wallet.

I have dish tv recharge 2430/- dated @21-march 2017 and recharge also successful but as offer 9mth on get free 3 mth so i don't reach the 3month offer then dishtv has refund my money @31-march-2017 so it should be money in my bank either my talkcharge wallet. Till time is not reflecting my money (2430/-) i have called but they are not receive my called.

I have installed the talkcharge mobile wallet app and I make a mobile recharge of Rs. 50. I also applied a promo code while payment. After the payment, it says that the payment is pending, but the recharge amount ₹50 is deducted from my bank account. Also the recharge does not done. I want to refund my money.
