I payed my bsnl landline bill of rs 800 on 24 june 2017. Payment showing successful at talkcharge site but it is not received at service provider.
I also mailed them but no reply yet from talcharge.
I mailed them twice but still they had not replied me.

Its humble request to you please help me as soon as possible...

Amount 408+408 = rupees 816/- is debited from my account.

Sir 30 march 2017 time 1:29 o'clock i was doing 3300 rupees d2h recharge by canara bank debit card.. But did not my recharge and my amount is debit in my account...

I made the payment of my bsnl landline bill amounting to rs 770 via talkcharge app on 14th april 2017 as per the app the payment was made and i received a message from there end for the same. But as per bsnl my billremains unpaid and is outstanding till date. Its been s month i have complained about it to talkcharge and they havent taken any initiative to resolve the same. But didn't received transaction confirmation message from jio network and money had been debited form bank account. I have installed the talkcharge mobile wallet app and I make a mobile recharge of Rs. 50. I also applied a promo code while payment. After the payment, it says that the payment is pending, but the recharge amount ₹50 is deducted from my bank account. Also the recharge does not done. I want to refund my money. I had a deposited my BSNL landline Bill of 21 march 2017 to rupees of 1153. and I was relaxed. but after next month i checked my next bsnl Bill so I had socked see my Latest BSNL Bill. I paid my BSNL Landline No. [protected] (Account Number: [protected]) via TalkCharge successfully. Payment DateTime: 21st March 2017 12:47:08. OrderID: TC[protected]. Amount: 553/-, BSNL didn't receive this amount and they billed it again this month. Its been several days now since I sent an email at [protected]@talkcharge.com but no resolution yet. They neither respond nor refund the amount....

Talk charge is a fraud website who charge the customer and never return the same and forcing the customer to use their services for making transactions by holding the amount in the wallet.. They say As per RBI it is not allowed to transfer wallet amount back to bank but this is purely a misleading information ..

Initially they said they have not received the payment from my bank, later on after 2 days they sent me a email...

My name is Mahesh, I have try to make my Vodafone bill payment though (www.talkcharge.com), everything was worked well and from my bank account Rs.612 dedicated too, but after that i didn't get any confirmation from Talkcharge or Vodafone, Also i have checked their talkcharge website but this transaction details i didn't find anywhere. This is my first complaint also i was tried recharging my cell phone its BSNL...

I had placed an order worth rs. 4000 on talkcharge.com on 23rd march 2017.
The order id is tc[protected] for 4 mmt gift card of rs. 1000 each.

These were supposed to be instant gift vouchers that should have been delivered to my mail id immediately, but till date the same have not been received neither they are processing my refund.

These people are so stupid and cheaters that they have even stopped...
