I had a deposited my BSNL landline Bill of 21 march 2017 to rupees of 1153. and I was relaxed. but after next month i checked my next bsnl Bill so I had socked see my Latest BSNL Bill. Because It was show me due payment of before bsnl Payment. whom i had deposited. then i sent a mail to customer care of talkcharge. but not respond. then i think it is fraud. and more over i tryed maney to talkcharge.com. but realy not respond. My Bill Amount was 1153. Please leave app and website of talkcharge.com

I paid my BSNL Landline No. [protected] (Account Number: [protected]) via TalkCharge successfully. Payment DateTime: 21st March 2017 12:47:08. OrderID: TC[protected]. Amount: 553/-, BSNL didn't receive this amount and they billed it again this month. Its been several days now since I sent an email at [protected]@talkcharge.com but no resolution yet. They neither respond nor refund the amount.

Talk charge is a fraud website who charge the customer and never return the same and forcing the customer to use their services for making transactions by holding the amount in the wallet.. They say As per RBI it is not allowed to transfer wallet amount back to bank but this is purely a misleading information ..

Initially they said they have not received the payment from my bank, later on after 2 days they sent me a email...

Hi there,

My name is Mahesh, I have try to make my Vodafone bill payment though (www.talkcharge.com), everything was worked well and from my bank account Rs.612 dedicated too, but after that i didn't get any confirmation from Talkcharge or Vodafone, Also i have checked their talkcharge website but this transaction details i didn't find anywhere. This is my first complaint also i was tried recharging my cell phone its BSNL i have recharge with 143 rupees and that transaction was failed. So I tried to transfer that cash back to my account but they didn't have any option to transfer that cash back to may same bank account.

I think they are fooling the customers by without providing customer care telephone number. If any complaint we have to sit and write email and they replay only after 24hrs time. In my case i have started resolving this issue by complaining through email from 31st March 2017, still now the issue not resolved.

Honestly kindly do something against these kind fraud online companies and save the people.

I had placed an order worth rs. 4000 on talkcharge.com on 23rd march 2017.
The order id is tc[protected] for 4 mmt gift card of rs. 1000 each.

These were supposed to be instant gift vouchers that should have been delivered to my mail id immediately, but till date the same have not been received neither they are processing my refund.

These people are so stupid and cheaters that they have even stopped replying to my mails for post on their facebook page.

Request you help. If anyone can..

Hi,

I have just made a payment of rs.400 which was due for vodafone at 12:23 am on 30th march'17. I have not received any kind of successful transaction information nor i'm able to see any order id. Simply, the money got deducted from my account. I've mailed to the [protected]@talkcharge.com but there is no reply from them.

Dear sir, i faced the one situation transactions amounts at talkcharge website.
On March 23rd, 2017 . i try to add of RS 1, 500/- in talkcharge wallet. At the time of tracsaction my payment was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.So many times(Still now) i contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount rs.1500/-, but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount rs.1500/-...Pls verify and refund my amount rs.1500/- to my bank account.

I ordered 3 giftcards of rs 500 from talkcharge but still didn't got any gv from you. My registered email id is pankaj.[protected]@gmail.com. Two days before i ordered these gv. The gift vouchers should be given instantly but its two days passed but still i didn't got any giftcard. I have seen too much complaints of the same reason as mine. I think this is fraud company. It should be closed. My order Id: TC[protected]. It is showing successful but i didn't got any gv.

Hi,

I had made 4 recharges of Rs. 1000 each on my Mobile Numbers [protected] & [protected] for reliance big TV DTH recharge.

Out of the 4, one transaction was successful & three transactions were declined. Out of the three
declined transactions i had got a refund on two declined transactions, but for the third declined
transaction i did not get a refund in my wallet and also i have been charged by my Credit Card Company.
I am not sure the third declined transaction was for which of the above two mobile numbers.

Below are the reference numbers from Citi Bank for which i have been charged Rs. 1000 each.

4. 74587917068000073602369

Kindly check the same and let me know which of the above reference numbers were successful and which
one is declined so that i can claim a refund from my Credit Card Company.

Have mailed them a couple of times but there is no revert and also their is no customer care number for the same

I have made a transaction amount on TALKCHARGE Website on March 4th 2016 at 04.03 pm while trying to recharge my DTH with Amount of Rs. 1524/- At the time of transaction recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my talkcharge wallet, My Order number was TC[protected] and the snap shot is attached for ready reference.

I have contacted so many times (Still now) to TALKCHARGE Customber care about refund Rs. 1524/- but till now nobody can responding and my refund is still pending.

Kindly verify yourself and refund my amount of Rs. 1524/- to my talkcharge wallet or my bank account.

I have done the postpaid bill payment for vodafone mobile [protected] on dt 11/01/2017 for rs 1100/- time 12.24 pm order no. - tc[protected]. It was failure in your transaction history. On 12/01/2017 i launched a complaint with [protected]@talkcharge.com. I got the reply from your side that the above transaction is successful. But unfortunately vodafone mobile no in your transaction history now showing is [protected] (As above). How the vodafone mobile no change? In your transaction history? Same timing? Same order no?.

I checked the both vodafone mobile no [protected] & [protected] for rs 1100/- payment with vodafone gallery. But unfortunately rs 1100/- is not credited
To any vodofone mobile no on 11/01/2017.
It is very serious mistake from your side. So please credit the amt rs 1100/- to my wallet immediately.

similarly they have deducted amount from me for payment of my BSNL landline but have not made payment to BSNL . i had to pay re-connection charges and also penalty for delay. Freecharge dont share its phone no/ customercare no. and they r not even answering to my email. I am at loss where to contact, whom to contact and get my money back. if any one can help, let me know where to get CHEATER COMPANY CONTACTS AND HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY. my contact no is [protected] (Order Id : TC[protected] on 28.1.17)

Talkcharge provides fake offers to lure customers. I have applied the promo-code with all terms and conditions, but no cashback is offered as mentioned in the offer details. I have mailed to their customer-care yet no reply has come as yet.

I had tried recharging from Talkcharge.com on 27th January for Rs 155 on my BSNL mobile number :[protected], which failed. I received the amount back in my E-Wallet.

Two days later I added 10 Rs, and got the message on my registered mail (vidit.[protected]@gmail.com) and mobile that my balance is updated to Rs 165. When I tried doing the recharge for Rs 165, I was shocked to see just Rs 10 in my E-Wallet. Have written like 8-10 mails to the company's support ([protected]@talkcharge.com), but they never give satisfactory answer as to when my amount will be refunded so that I can recharge. I want my money refunded back to me either in my wallet or in my bank account

This company is a fraud and should be penalized heavily

Totally fraud...kindly requesting you to all that dont use this app.

Because every time u will get error as transaction failed and amount get deduct from bank account.

Even you cant use your wallet amount, please beware with this fraud app.

I have done mobile recharge via talkcharge and amount got deducted from my account but recharge didn't happened.

When mailed them to "[protected]@talkcharge.com" regarding this issue, I got following reply and when checked talkcharge wallet balance was zero:

"We sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused to you.

We have checked and found that your refund is already credited back in your Talkcharge Wallet which you can use while transact with us.

I hope this helps."

After replying them that wallet balance is not updated and recharge didn't happened. Talkcharge wallet was updated with refund amount.

Sir, I paid my vodafone bill through talkcharge on 30th November, but still it is shown pending... Vodafone has charged me late payment interest bcoz of talkcharge negligience... I have also complaint in talkcharge of the issue as they assured me to refund my money in 28hrs on 26th dec, but no action has been taken... I suffered a lot as I have to pay my bill twice...Kindly treat it as most urgent and assure me to refund my money as soon as possible...For your reference I am herewith attaching you the screen shot taken from talkcharge about my complaint...
